La tenuta si estende su 129 ettari:
il versante esposto a nord è costituito da bosco ceduo, ricco di
varietà di piante e animali selvatici; la collina esposta a sud-est
ospita l’oliveta (300 mt. s.l.m.) costituita da ulivi secolari di
tre varietà (Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio) e le tre vigne, due di
Sangiovese - Canaiolo - Malvasia Nera per la produzione del Chianti D.O.C.G.
Montalbano e una di Trebbiano, dalla quale si ricava il vino bianco Toscana I.G.T..

The property is extended for 129 hectares: the
north side is a wood with a rich variety of plants, wild animals
and game; the south side is used for cultivation of olive trees
(300 mt. on sea level) made up of age old olives of three different
varieties (Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio) and the three vineyards,
two of Sangiovese – Canaiolo – Black Malvasia for the
production of chianti D.O.C.G. Montalbano and one of Trebbiano,
by wich the white wine Toscana I.G.T. can be obtained.
Das Landgut erstreckt sich über 120 Hektar: am Norden gibt es den Wald, mit vielen Sorten von Pflanzen und wilden Tieren; am Süd-Osten nimmt der Hügel den Olivenhain auf (300 Mt. ü. d. M.) mit drei Sorten Jahrhundertealten Ölbäumen (Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio) und drei Weinrebe: zwei Weinrebe von Sangiovese – Canaiolo – schwarzer Malvasia für die Produktion des Chianti D.O.C.G. Montalbano und eine Weinrebe von Trebbiano für die Produktion des Weißwein Toscana I.G.T. (Landwein).

destiné au bois, riche en plantes et animaux sauvages; dans
la colline exposée au sud-est on peut voir l’olivaie
(300 mt. s. n. m.) constituée par oliviers séculaires
de trois variété (Leccino, Moraiolo, Frantoio) et
les trois vignobles, deux de Sangiovese - Canaiolo - Malvasia Nera
qui producent le Chianti D.O.C.G. Montalbano et un de Trebbiano,
d’où on tire le vin blanc Toscana I.G.T. (Vin de Pays).
